Mandarin Oriental Taipei: Gold Award for Best Service

Mandarin Oriental Taipei has received two awards from prestigious Taiwan financial newspaper, Commercial Times, at the 2017 Taiwan Service Awards. The hotel won “Best Service: Gold Award” in the hotel category and “Best of the Best Award” at Taiwan’s “Oscars” for the service industry. The hotel’s Duty Manager, Tien Lee, was recognised as “Service Elite” for her commitment to providing outstanding service.

Established by Commercial Times in 2012, the annual Taiwan Service Awards uses mystery guests verified by international inspection experts, SGS, to evaluate levels of service provided by 405 companies operating in 32 industries across the country.
